One Week...
until I leave for California. Well, more like four days. Laugh. I spent the weekend picking up some last minute items to bring along with me on the trip. These next three days will involve lists, organizing product for classes, cleaning the house, finishing up some last minute work at OA, and packing bags for myself and Ethan. I'm leaving Thursday afternoon and arriving back in town Sunday evening. The day I arrive in California, I plan to relax and recover from all the traveling (I have a connecting flight). On Friday, I'm visiting Disneyland, which will be my first time to the amusement park. Can you believe it? Actually, this will be my first time visiting California. To be totally honest, I've been ready for palm trees and warm weather for the last month or so. Minnesota is finally starting to "cool down". We had a warm, record breaking October, but it's not the sort of warm that makes you want to jump in a pool or hang out near the beach. I think it's going to be great to be in a new environment and have the opportunity to see new things. I'm looking forward to meeting all of those attending my classes and at the Oasis during my time in California. This has been a huge undertaking and I've learned so much about traveling and teaching in the last six months. I've had a lot to prepare to get to this point, so to see it all come together this Saturday will be fantastic. Of course, my blog will have to wait while I'm away over the weekend. This will actually be the last blog update until next Monday. I'm taking the entire week off from the blog. To keep things interesting here, I'm posting a few more pictures from the "Holiday Cheer" mini album. Have a great week everyone! Stay warm (for those of you in the Northern states!)
