I've been baking up some really cute stuff this week for Crate Paper's "Merry Makings". What exactly are "Merry Makings" you might ask? Essentially, they're Christmas "mini tutorials" that weigh in at only a few short steps and a half dozen photos or so. They're to premier nearly all of December at the CP blog. Because it's been a long while since my last contribution there, I went all out with a set of heavily layered tags. And they're not of your traditional Christmas color set, either! Instead, I opted for bright, cheerful colors - Peppermint parades a host of spectacular hues to choose from, including my new fave, Royal Blue!! I welcome you to check out the sneak peeks above - plan to see the full set of tags next week, partnered with a "Merry Makings" tutorial!
I wish I had more to bring you tonight, but I'm still steadily working on another Crate "mini project" that both Tara Anderson and myself are doing together! We're creating different versions of the same concept - and I bet they'll look entirely different :) It'll make for a great surprise..can hardly wait! It's scheduled for next week as well at the CP Blog....do join us!!
Ok, I'm out of any further news, but I've a confession - this is my first Friday night home in nearly five months!! Talk about a major alteration to just about any girl's schedule!! A new routine will have to ensue...thankfully, there's always scrapbooking and phone friends to count on!! Wouldn't know what to do without'em! And oh, tomorrow night, I'm hanging out with Jing Jing Nickel at a local Archivers to scrapbook and catch-up! I anticipate the visit will be quite entertaining for the both of us...we seem to cause nothing but trouble wherever we go :)
